Our projects progressing on site during the COVID-19 pandemic
Despite the recent and on-going pandemic, we are incredibly proud to see that work is progressing in a safe and controlled manner on a number of our sites across the UK.
Dudden Hill, London
Comprising of 136 residential units Dudden Hill also includes a number of commercial units. The project has been making excellent progress on-site throughout the pandemic.
Vida Court, Harrogate
Work has been making excellent progress on-site throughout the pandemic on Vida Court, a 100-bed specialist dementia care home.
The project is our second care home with Vida Healthcare, and will offer leading specialist healthcare to patients suffering from dementia.
Redeness Street, York
Redeness Street, York is a four-storey apartment block comprising of 32 apartments with a private roof terrace.
The project offers brilliant access to York City Centre and will be an excellent addition to the area. Work is currently progressing on-site, with the steel frame erected in recent weeks.
Centenary House, Leeds
Centenary House is a residential development in Leeds City centre, involving the renovation of a stunning existing building, with the addition of contemporary new build elements throughout.
The project has been ongoing throughout the pandemic and acts as a fantastic addition to the entrance of Leeds.
Knowsthorpe Crescent, Leeds
Knowsthorpe Crescent is a residential development in Leeds, comprising of 86 apartments of mixed sizes. The project has been ongoing throughout the pandemic and is nearing completion.
The final phase of the project aims to be completed in September.
St Mary’s Vale, Boston Spa
Sitework is underway on St Mary’s Vale, Boston Spa, with the site strip nearing completion, and the drainage and roadway currently underway.
The scheme is another high-quality residential scheme with Park Lane Homes that offers some exceptionally high quality and characteristic traditionally styled dwellings in the incredibly sought after village of Boston Spa.
New Ash Green, Kent
Newly on site is our residential scheme in New Ash Green, Kent. The scheme comprises of the conversion of a former office into 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 4 new build contemporary houses all to be set in extensive grounds.
The scheme is now under construction with completion in May 2021.
Dog & Gun Pub, Leeds
The project consists of a mixture of 15 apartments and 12 houses and brings much needed high-quality residential units to the area.
The project aims to be finished on-site in the second half of 2020.
Keppel House, Rotherham
Keppel House is a residential development in Rotherham, comprising of 13 apartments of mixed occupancy.
Strip out of the existing building has been completed on-site, and the new build elements of the apartments are now underway.
Greystones, Leeds
Greystones is a small residential project comprising of four generously sized houses.
The project is well underway, with the internal fit-out beginning shortly.
Barmby Moor, York
A Care Village development in Barmby Moor, York, comprising a 72 bed Care Home, 24 Care Bungalows and an Administrative Centre. The buildings are set within well-landscaped gardens in the surrounding Yorkshire countryside.
The project has recently broken ground on the Administrative building (as seen to the left of the image).
Rathmell Road, Leeds
A residential development in the heart of Halton Moor, Leeds. This development comprises of 15 houses ranging from two-bed to four-bed, and 28 two-bed apartments.
The project has been making excellent progress on site and looks to be a fantastic addition to the area.
