Looking back on 2021 at Den Architecture
2021 has been another very busy year for us here at Den Architecture.
We’ve continued to adapt to the changing landscape of working life, with some of us working from home, and some of us working from our office in Leeds City Centre.
We’ve had a number of landmark projects at varying stages of development from planning, to completion on-site. From a specialist dementia care home in Harrogate, to a student accommodation scheme in Lincoln we have worked on a huge range of projects this year.
Join us as we take a look back at some of our ongoing and completed projects from the past year.
Highlights of the year
There has been a lot of fantastic moments from the year of 2021 to be proud of at Den Architecture, but here are three of our most significant.
Located on Saxton Lane, Phoenix is a residential development in Leeds designed by Den Architecture comprising of 367 apartments and communal spaces.
Vida Court is a new purpose-built 100 bed specialist Dementia Care Home designed to positively impact the lives of its residents during all stages of their journey with dementia.
Jubilee Hotel is the redevelopment of a landmark Grade II Listed Hotel in Leeds that will include a 43 room ApartHotel, internal courtyard, bar, office space and gym.
Progressed and Completed
We’ve also progressed and completed numerous projects on-site throughout the UK.
Projects to look forward to in 2022
There’s a lot to be excited about this year too, with a number of projects hoping to receive planning approval or start on site this year.
A huge thankyou to all our colleagues, clients and friends from 2021, who helped make it one of our most successful yet.
We would like to wish you all the best in 2022 from the team at Den Architecture!
