Grade II Listed building nearing completion on site!

A Grade II Listed building conversion by Den Architecture in Brighouse is nearing completion on site. The scheme consists of the conversion of existing offices into 4 apartments, providing much needed accommodation within a prominent town centre location.

Set within the existing envelope of a grade 2 listed building the proposal introduces 4 apartments across the 1st and 2nd floors, utilising the existing structure where possible.

All apartments have been designed to make excellent use of natural light, using the large existing openings the building has to offer.
