Lavender Fields Care Home Welcomes First Residents Near York

 

The Lavender Fields Care Home development near York designed by Den Architecture, has now been completed, and residents have begun moving into their new home. The project includes Provence House, a 72-bedroom care home, along with 24 assisted living bungalows and a central administrative centre, all set within peaceful surroundings in the Yorkshire countryside.

Provence House provides residents with spacious rooms, stunning rural views, and access to a central community hub offering a range of amenities including a pub and cafe. The nearby bungalows are designed to support assisted living, giving residents the flexibility to maintain their independence while staying connected to the care home’s wider community.

The opening of Lavender Fields marks an important step in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for those needing care, as well as providing a place where residents can feel comfortable and at home.
