Full Planning Approval on high-rise scheme in Sheffield

Den Architecture is delighted to announce that we have received Full Planning Approval for our high rise residential apartment scheme in Sheffield.

The scheme received high praise from the Sheffield Planning Committee who supported Officer’s recommendation for approval. A fantastic effort from all involved in the process in particular Quod who managed the difficult Planning process on behalf of the applicant Even Living. A great addition to the Sheffield skyline in a prominent location within the city.

Broad Lane is a Mixed Use development in Sheffield designed by Den Architecture comprising of over 440 apartments of varying types and sizes.

Located between sites on Broad Lane and Hollis Croft, it sits in a very central location within walking distance from a huge amount of amenities within the city - including the University of Sheffield.

The development consists of a number of blocks, each comprising of their own materiality and facade details, which breaks up the mass of the scheme, creating a contemporary and clean aesthetic.
