A planning application has been submitted for a residential development designed by Den Architecture on St Peters Street, Leeds.

The scheme was designed with reference to its stunning, historically significant surrounding context of Munro House and St Peters Buildings. The development looked to continue the existing brickwork and horizontal forms, while introducing contemporary and modernised aspects.
