Planning Application for a Contemporary Development in Barnet, London

Planning has been recently submitted to Barnet Council for a stunning contemporary approach to an extremely difficult urban peninsula site which skillfully maximizes the development potential on the site.

The site on Finchley Lane was very demanding in all aspects, which all played a factor in making this a challenging project. Despite this we were still able to create a scheme that was able to utilize every aspect of the space available, while also creating a very contemporary and striking piece of architecture.
