Atheneum House is a Grade II Listed Building in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Our involvement began with the careful internal redesign during the planning stage, all the way through to completion on site.

The revitalised building now features 43 modern apartments, situated directly opposite Victoria Square and Leeds Art Gallery.

Having Atheneum House completed alongside another of our ongoing Listed Building projects, Jubilee House, adds an extra sense of accomplishment for the team at Den Architecture.

Atheneum House was originially built in c.1890, and was home to Dunlop & Ranked Ltd who were a Construction Engineers and an Iron & Steel Stockholder.
